Learn how to cook this delicious dish! The Vegan Kidney Slice is made of Konjac

Ingredient: Vegan Kidney Slice, Red Chilli Peppers cut into dice, bitter gourd sliced, ginger sliced

Seasoning: Vegan Mushroom seasoning, Veg hot and spicy bean paste, sugar and oil

Method:

1. Fry the ginger slice till fragrant, add in the Veg Spicy bean paste, then add the bitter gourd sliced. Add some water and cook.

2. Once the bitter gourd soften, add the red chilli peppers and Vegan Kidney Slice

3. Fry till fragrant, then add the Veg mushroom seasoning and sugar.

4. Once the seasoning is evenly spread, its ready to be served

食材: 齐善 花片,灯笼椒切丁,苦瓜切片,姜切片

调味料: 素高鲜,素辣豆辦酱,油 及糖 少许

做法:

1。油热后将姜爆香,倒入豆瓣酱,把苦瓜加入一起炒拌。后加少许水。

2。炒软后加入灯笼椒 及 素花片

3。炒香后 加 素高鲜少许,糖少许

4。调味均匀后,即可上菜。
