Simple ingredients which is easily reachable - Vegetarian Monkey Head Mushroom and seasoning!

Ingredient: Vegetarian Monkey Head Mushroom

Seasoning: Veg Oil, Salt - 3g. Sugar - 1g , dark soy sauce -2g , Vegetarian abalone sauce- 3g , curry powder -3g , sesami oil -3g, corn flour -15g

Method:

1. Cut the Veg Monkey Head  Mushroom into smaller dice. Pan fry. Using the heat to dispel any water in the mushroom.

2. Add the seasoning to the Veg Monkey Head Mushroom. First add salt, sugar, soy sauce, veg abalone sauce, curry powder, sesami oil. Marinate evenly and add the corn flour in lastly. 

3. Skew the Veg Monkey Head mushroom into the satay sticks. 

4. Heat the oil to 180 deg celcius.  Put the Veg Monkey Head Mushroom Satay into the warm oil and deep fry till golden brown. 

5. Drain the oil away and Tada! It can be served!

调料: 油、盐、白糖、老抽、素鲍鱼浓汁、香油、咖哩粉、生粉

具体做法:

  1. 鲜猴头菇切丁,入锅焯熟后,过凉挤干水分

  2. 猴菇丁内,加入盐(3g)、白糖(1g)、老抽(2g)、素素鲍鱼浓汁(3g)、咖哩粉(3g)、香油(3g),搅拌均匀,再加入生粉(15g)

  3. 将猴菇丁用竹签穿成串

  4. 油温热至180°时,将猴菇串入锅油炸,外表炸至金黄酥脆,沥油后,便可上桌。
