Vegetarian Monkey Head Mushroom is easy to handle and a favourite choice for many. Our product has been processed to remove the bitterness, and yet retaining it's original flavour, allowing all chefs at home to have free play to create their own unique flavour.

Vegetarian Monkey Head mushroom can be used for soup, stew, added to hotpot, minced and wrapped in  dumplings as well. 

Ingredient: Vegetarian Monkey Head Mushroom, mixed variey of mushrooms

Seasoning: Vegetarian Abalone Sauce, Mushroom and Vegetable seasoning, Vegetarian soup powder, pepper, ginger, sugar, starch water in reasonable portion

Method: 

1. Defreeze the Vegetarian Monkey Head mushroom

2. Wash the mixed mushrooms and soak till they are soft

3. Heat the oil and fry the ginger till fragrance, add all the ingredients and stir fry. Add  Vegetarian soup powder, Vegetarian Abalone Sauce, Mushroom and Vegetable seasoning, pepper and cook till fragrant. Add starch water last to thicken the base.

材料:齐善猴头菇、竹笙、杂菌等各适量  
调料:齐善斋鲍鱼浓汁、齐善山珍调味料、素高汤、胡椒粉、姜、白糖、淀粉水各适量
做法:
1、 把猴头菇解冻;
2、 把竹笙泡开,沥干水分;把杂菌洗净或泡开;
3、 锅烧热油,爆香姜,然后放入材料翻炒,之后放入素高汤、齐善斋蚝油、白糖、山珍调味料、胡椒粉炆入味,淀粉水收汁放在碟底;
猴头菇亦可煲汤、红烧,炖、打火锅、打碎后包饺子等吃法。香煎淋柠檬汁更好吃。
