Vegetarian Zizi Spareribs 

Vegetarian Zizi Spareribs can be cooked in sweet and sour style as well. We could add to soup or hot pot too! Alternatively, they could be baked to flavour

Ingredients: Vegetarian Zizi Spareribs, Green pepper, red pepper, mushroom, celery in appropriate amount, tin foil

Seasoning: Vegetarian Mushroom and vegetable seasoning 1 teaspoon, spicy sauce 1 table spoon, sweet and sour plum, sweet and sour powder

Method:

  1. After defrosting Vegetarian Zizi Spareribs, stir fry till fragrance. Add all the seasoning in.
  2. Place the aluminium foil on the table top, place the Vegetarian Zizi Spareribs with seasoning into the foil and wrap. Bake it in oven for 25 minutes at 200 degree celcius. Place in the centre of the plate and tada---- it is ready to eat.

材  料:齐善滋滋味素排骨、青椒、红椒、蘑菇、芹菜各适量,锡纸1大张。
调味料:齐善山珍调味料1茶匙、齐善麻辣素酱1小汤匙、齐善梅子酸辣汁1汤匙、生粉少许。
做  法:
1、滋滋味素排骨解冻煎香,拌入调料;
2、把锡纸放平,放入拌好的滋滋味素排骨,包好,用焗炉200℃焗25分钟,放入盘中央,吃时打开锡纸食用。
滋滋味排骨素排骨还可以蜜汁、糖醋等多种吃法。
