About Ordering

To serve you better, you can find the various categories on the top menu as well as the bar on the left. You could also search for your preferred item on the Search bar on the top right corner.

To view all products, you may click on "All Vegetarian Products产品"on the top menu or the left bar. You will then view all products on top, which you have a choice of 12, 16 or 32 items per page. Below the page are products sorted according to main categories. You can also choose to click on “See all” to view all products in that category.

Walk-In Service Temporary Halt

We thank you for your loves and support and also your interest in our products. We understand that there is much interest in wanting to walk-in as we still receive many calls inquiring about when are we resuming the walk-in service. We apologize that walk-in service is still temporary halt because of Covid-19 and we will still want to observe social distancing in order to protect our team, which also means that we are protecting you, our valued island-wide customers.
We made this decision because we do not have show-room facilities at our warehouse, as such customers tend to spend longer time at our premises with our customer service representatives, which in turn increases the social interaction.
As we are an island-wide supplier, we take great precaution in ensuring that our premises is clean and sanitized at least 2 to 3 times a day. Suspending walk-in service will also ensure that our premises is in lower risk during this difficult period.
We seek your kind understanding and we also hope to resume the walk-in service as soon as possible. We would also like to assure you that you do not miss much by shopping online too, because there is really not much products you could see in our warehouse as they are all stored in the cold room. Most clients shop through our websites even when they visit our warehouse too.

Placing Orders

To order, simply click on the logo basket below the product’s picture (beside the price). Alternatively, click on the picture, you will see the details of the product and choose the quantity and “Add to Cart”.

Once you have finished shopping, simply click on shopping cart on the top right-hand corner of the page and you will be directed to cart page.

Rewards & VegePoints – as simple as 1-2-3

Vegepoints can be allocated to you only when you sign up. You get to accumulate a 7 Vegepoints the moment you sign up with us as our registered customer.

You get to redeem your points with min. $60 purchase, and every 20 Vegepoints = $1 discount.

So how do you earn the Vegepoints?

Every $12 purchase will earn you 3 Vegepoints (that’s why it’s 1-2-3)

Step-by-Step-Guide to Claiming Your VegePoints! At the End of the Purchase, Click Shopping Cart and you will see the Cart Page just like the picture below.

You will be able to enter the number of VegePoints you wish to claim, or use all your available points by checking on the box shown below, and click "Apply Point" to take effect. Click on "Proceed to Checkout" to the next step.

About Product Delivery

We would provide free delivery for every $60 purchase. Should the order fall below $60, a delivery charge of $10 will be incurred.

We have our own fleet of delivery team and we strive to deliver the goods to you within 3 – 5 working days. Our delivery timing is between 11am to 5pm, Mondays to Saturdays. We do not deliver on Sundays and public holidays.

Returns & Replacement

We would apologize if there is any product that you requested not delivered or wrongly delivered. We are committed to replace the product on the earliest available delivery slot. Should there be any defects in the product, please contact us within 2 working days for an exchange and we would work on doing a replacement as soon as possible.

Payments & Pricing

Orders made on can only be paid via Paypal. We do not accept cash on delivery.

If you do not have Paypal account, you can still pay with your Debit/Credit card. Once you have check on "I read and agree all terms & conditions" and click on "Continue to PayPal", you will be directed to page below. Simply click on "Pay with Credit or Debit Card" if you do not have PayPal Account.
